INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS
Dear Students!
The first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year begins on September 2, 2024. We hope that you are safe and that you have a peaceful holidays!
The educational process in the 1st semester will take place in three forms:
- Offline (classes in classroom for English Composition I, Business Ukrainian and Introduction to Business courses)
- Online (classes in Zoom according to the schedule)
- Distance (detailed information about the organization here)
Full-time students can enroll in distance courses if the desired course is not in the list of online/offline courses.
A full-time student must take at least 1 online/offline course.
If a full-time student wishes to take only distance courses, he/she must transfer to the part-time mode of study with the signing of a new contract.
Midterms and Finals of all courses will be held online via Zoom (exception is offline courses). Information about class dates and assessment activities can be found in the Syllabus of each course.
We draw your attention to the fact that communication regarding the educational process will take place only through corporate e-mail in Ukrainian or English. In addition, you are responsible for providing yourself with the technical equipment necessary to conduct the online learning process.
The first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year begins on September 2. Registration for courses - from August 19 to 23, 2024. New applications submitted after August 23 will be considered after September 2, 2024. Please do not delay your registration.
Instruction for registration
1. Pay the semester tuition fee in accordance with your Agreement.
2. Read all the materials below (application, list of courses available this semester, prerequisites, timetable, etc.).
3. To register for courses, you need to fill in an application and send it by email to the Dean's Office dean@uacu.edu.ua. Please send your applications in one of the following extensions: .doc, .docx, .png, .jpg, .pdf.
Note! Registration will last 5 days - applications are accepted until 11:59 p.m. on August 23. Please arrange your time to register when expected. Pay attention! Processing applications takes time. Applications will not be processed on August 24-25. Each application is processed according to the rule "first come first served". If there is more than one pending application from a student, only the last one in the order in which applications are received will be considered.
The student decides which courses to take this semester according to the schedule, fills in an application (only in print) indicating MANDATORY: name and surname, ID number, specialty, specialization (for students of 2-4 years of education), list of courses and contact information.
In the tables for courses, please fill in the 'Course' column, the 'Distance / online / offline' column (here indicate which of the chosen courses you take are online courses (the available online courses are indicated in the timetable for each year of education), which are offline courses (those are courses highlighted with color in the timetable for the first year of education only), for the rest of the courses indicate – distance) and the 'Additionally / retaking' column (you take the selected course as an additional one, that is, it is not in your program or you retake it).
Note! Application must fit in one page.
Enrollment in courses is made only after you receive the "Application is accepted" letter in response.
Attention! The number of places in groups is limited. The course may not be opened in case of insufficient number of registrations.
Note! Only applications sent from corporate email accounts will be considered.
Before filling out the application, read the notes in it CAREFULLY and inform your parents about them.
Please note that only applications completed in the following form will be considered
4. List of courses
Courses from the lists that are not presented in the timetables must also be added to the application.

5. Courses for which there are prerequisites can be
taken only after successful completion of the prerequisites.

6. Schedule
In the schedule, courses marked with color are September-October courses, other courses are November-December courses.
ATTENTION! Personal accounts of students who do not pay full semester tuition fees before September 20 will be blocked on September 25.
